Elena G. Pfeifer

Elena Pfeifer represents corporate and private clients before commercial courts and courts of general jurisdiction. She provides advice on civil, corporate, tax, and antimonopoly law, personal and business defamation claims, as well as on the application of legislation on forensic expert activity. Elena has significant experience in protecting exclusive rights to intellectual property. She graduated with honors from the Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL) and holds a PhD in Law, specializing in Criminalistics, Forensic Expert Activity, Operational and Search Activities, and also has an advanced diploma in Corporate Law. Elena is a co-author of two department teaching aids and the author of more than 15 scientific publications on judicial expertise and intellectual property rights.
