Artem A. Larichkin

The practice of Artem Larichkin includes dispute resolution in the sphere of bankruptcy, corporate governance and commercial activities of companies. Artem has also acted for clients protecting the rights of foreign investors in Russia, the rights of shareholders and companies in cases arising from governing of legal entities.

Furthermore, Artem has positive experience in resolving the disputes out of court, representation of clients in negotiating commercial transactions and protection of the clients’ rights in relationships with administrative bodies.

In his professional activities Artem also represents the clients’ interests regarding the execution of judicial acts including issued by foreign authorities.

Artem Larichkin graduated from the MGIMO University and joined Padva and Partners in 2012. He is a member of the Moscow Bar.
